Broadband RF Direct Modulation DFB Laser

It is a distributed feedback (DFB) laser that integrates radio frequency modulation. It combines the stability of a DFB laser with the flexibility of RF modulation, enabling efficient and stable optical signal modulation over a wide frequency range. This laser selectively amplifies and outputs light of specific wavelengths through a built-in diffraction grating. Simultaneously, through direct modulation of the RF signal, the intensity, frequency, or phase of the optical signal can be dynamically changed, thus meeting the needs of various complex communication and sensing applications. The Inno-8102 broadband RF directly modulated DFB laser is an MQW DFB laser component fabricated using InGaAs/InP. It integrates the laser component, optical isolator, TEC, thermistor, monitoring photodiode, and broadband DC bias, and is housed in a hermetically sealed 7-pin package.
