SOI high-speed Variable optical attenuator Array
It has the ability to support Dark light, lower power consumption, and faster switching speed. Silicon-based VOA array device is an all-solid-state chip, with a response speed of hundred nanosecond level, eight-channel monolithic integration, low power consumption, to meet the requirements of optical transmission, optical sensing system for optical attenuator high-speed response, miniaturization, and high reliability. Its response speed is 4 orders of magnitude higher than that of traditional VOA, reaching 100ns level, making it possible to quickly control optical power in a WDM optical network. In addition, its ultra-low optical loss can meet the requirements of civil optical network applications, its extremely high integration helps to greatly reduce the module size, and its pure solid-state waveguide chip makes it have excellent reliability.
