The SUN LPJCXHN is a 3-position, 4-way imported proportional directional valve from the SUN brand. Its core selling points focus on performance design and adaptability, with the following key advantages:
1. Self-compensating capability for flow control: This valve, under the balance of hydraulic force, spring force, and pilot pressure, can generate a self-compensating effect according to changes in load pressure. It inherently possesses a certain degree of self-compensation capability and can be directly used in basic flow control scenarios. For higher precision flow control, an additional compensator can be added to further improve accuracy.
2. Floating structure resists installation errors: Utilizing the SUN brand's floating structure, it minimizes installation interference caused by excessive installation torque and valve bore machining errors, reducing machining accuracy requirements and installation fault tolerance, and improving long-term stability.
3. Clear and stable structural design: The pressures at ports 1 and 6 directly resist each other. The neutral position path design is clear: in the neutral position, ports 2 and 4 are connected to port 5 for oil drainage, and port 3 is closed. The pilot pressure can accurately form a proportional variable throttling port, opening the corresponding flow path. The pressure response and directional control logic are clear. 4. The official recommendation is to use this model in throttling loops (for parallel loops, the corresponding lr*c-xhn model is recommended). It has been optimized for throttling scenarios to match the flow characteristics required under corresponding operating conditions.
