II. Common Materials and Models
All products are produced with national standard high-quality steel, with pure material, up-to-standard composition, and no problems such as excessive impurities and uneven composition. Q235B: Ordinary carbon structural flat steel, with extremely strong versatility and outstanding cost performance, is the most widely used model. It has good toughness, easy welding and low processing difficulty. It is suitable for conventional scenarios such as civil construction, ordinary hardware products, various light brackets and simple steel structures, and can meet most non-load-bearing and light load-bearing needs.
Q355B: Low-alloy high-strength flat steel. Compared with Q235B, its yield strength and tensile strength are significantly improved, with strong impact resistance and compression bearing capacity, and higher material stability. It is suitable for scenarios with high strength requirements such as heavy industrial equipment bases, large-scale steel structure projects, heavy-duty components, bridge load-bearing parts and power brackets.
45#: High-quality carbon structural flat steel, with superior hardness and mechanical properties, and high material purity. After quenching and tempering, quenching and other heat treatment, its hardness and wear resistance can be further improved. It is mostly used in precision processing scenarios with high requirements on material performance such as mechanical parts, shafts, precision processing accessories and mold bases.
20#: Low-carbon high-quality carbon steel, with excellent plasticity and welding performance, not easy to have welding cracks, and easy to carry out deep processing such as deep bending and stamping. It is suitable for scenarios such as bent and welded components, thin-walled accessories and hardware stamping parts that require complex forming.
III. Specification Range
The product specifications are comprehensive, with sufficient stock of conventional models. Non-standard specifications can be customized and produced according to customer drawings and use needs to accurately match the use of various scenarios. The specific specifications are as follows:
Thickness: Conventional 3mm–60mm, non-standard thickness of 1mm–80mm can be customized. The thickness tolerance is strictly controlled, with a positive and negative error of no more than 0.3mm, ensuring uniform thickness and adapting to subsequent processing and installation needs.
Width: Conventional 20mm–200mm. The standing stock covers common sizes such as 20mm, 30mm, 50mm, 80mm, 100mm, 150mm and 200mm. Non-standard width of 15mm–300mm can be customized.
Fixed length: Conventional fixed lengths are 6m, 9m and 12m. Non-standard fixed-length cutting can be carried out according to customer needs, with high cutting precision, no burrs and no deformation. The longest can be customized to 20m ultra-long size to meet the use needs of large-scale projects and special equipment.
Process: Hot-rolled flat steel (suitable for conventional load-bearing and general scenarios), cold-rolled flat steel (suitable for precision processing and scenarios with high surface requirements), non-standard customized flat steel (adjust cross-sectional size and process parameters as needed).
Surface: Hot-rolled black surface (conventional and general, low cost), pickled surface (removing oxide scale, flat surface, easy for subsequent painting and galvanizing), shot blasting and derusting surface (thorough derusting, improving anti-corrosion performance, suitable for outdoor and humid environments).

V. Mechanical Performance Characteristics
Q235B: Tensile strength ≥ 375MPa, yield strength ≥ 235MPa, elongation ≥ 26%. It has good toughness, easy welding and low cost, with stable comprehensive service performance. It can be directly put into use without complex heat treatment, adapting to most general scenarios.
Q355B: Tensile strength ≥ 470MPa, yield strength ≥ 355MPa, elongation ≥ 21%. It has strong impact resistance and compression bearing capacity, stable performance in low temperature environment, and is not easy to be brittle. It is suitable for heavy-duty structures, outdoor projects and other scenarios with high requirements on strength and stability.
20#: Tensile strength ≥ 410MPa, yield strength ≥ 245MPa, elongation ≥ 25%. It has high material purity and excellent plasticity, and good welding performance. It can carry out deep processing such as deep bending and stamping, and is not easy to have cracks and deformation, adapting to precision processing scenarios.
45#: Tensile strength ≥ 600MPa, yield strength ≥ 355MPa, elongation ≥ 16%. It has high hardness and good wear resistance. After tempering treatment, its mechanical performance can be further improved, which is suitable for mechanical parts that need to bear large loads and require high wear resistance.
