The Full Automatic Partition Assembler Machine for Corrugated Carton Box is a high-efficiency, precision packaging equipment designed to replace traditional manual partition assembly, upgrading the production efficiency and quality of corrugated carton inner partitions. The machine features strong versatility, supporting adjustable partition sizes (100mm-1000mm × 100mm-600mm) and compatible with 1.5mm-7mm thick corrugated boards (single/double wall), adapting to various packaging needs. Its user-friendly PLC interface enables quick parameter setup and mold change, while the fault detection device stops the machine automatically when cardboard clogs, ensuring safe operation.
In production efficiency, it outperforms manual work significantly, with a speed of 25-50 sets per minute (depending on size and material) — 8-10 times faster than manual assembly.
