Designed to solve manual partition pain points (low efficiency, inconsistent quality, high labor intensity and error rate), this machine is widely used for internal partitions of various corrugated cartons. It divides carton space into independent compartments to prevent product damage during transportation and storage, especially suitable for fragile items, precision instruments, electronics, beverages and food. With stable performance and flexible adaptability, it is highly recognized by domestic and foreign enterprises.
Its core advantage lies in full-automatic intelligent operation and high precision. Adopting PLC human-machine interface and touch screen panel, it is easy to operate—operators can complete parameter setting and fault inquiry after simple training. Equipped with high-precision servo drive system and vertical vacuum sucker feeding mechanism, it realizes automatic feeding, positioning, folding and shaping, with ±0.5mm feeding accuracy, ensuring consistent partition size and shape.
In production efficiency, it outperforms manual operation significantly: 40-60 sets per minute (adjustable), 8-10 times faster than manual work, and supports 24-hour continuous operation to meet large-scale production needs. Its scientific mechanical structure, high-quality materials and precision processing ensure strong wear resistance and 8-10 years of service life, reducing maintenance and spare parts costs.
The working process is fully automated: flat corrugated sheets are put into the feeding bin, grabbed by vacuum suckers and positioned precisely; molds and folding knives fold sheets into required structures (I-shape, cross shape, etc.); manipulators insert formed partitions into cartons and press them firmly. An intelligent fault detection device stops and alarms for paper jamming or material shortage, ensuring production safety.
In technical parameters and adaptability, it supports 1.5-7mm thick corrugated sheets, adjustable for different carton and partition sizes to meet personalized needs. Compact in structure, it covers small area, is easy to install and debug, and can be seamlessly connected with other production line equipment to improve overall automation. Centralized air supply ensures stable equipment operation.
