Instant powder Spray dryer machine
Spray drying is the widest used technology in the liquid shaping technology and in the drying industry. Centrifugal Atomizing (Spray) Drying Equipment is most suitable for producing powder, particles or solid block products from materials of solution, emulsion, soliquoid and pumpable paste states. Therefore, spray drying is useful to create the desired particle size, residual water contents, the stocking density, and the particle shape needed to meet precise standards.
Description
Spray drying is a method of producing dry powder from liquid or slurry materials by rapidly drying with a hot gas. This is the preferred method of drying of many thermally-sensitive materials
such as foods and pharmaceuticals.
Liquid material is pumped into the top installed centrifugal disc atomizer by mono pump and atomized into fine droplets inside the drying chamber.
Meanwhile, clean hot air is blown into the air distributor at the same time. The evenly and swirly distributed hot air completely contacts with droplets for heat transfer.
The droplets are dried into powder in several seconds and sucked out into the cyclone for discharging via exhaust fan.
1.With the 3-stage purifying device, the air meets the 100000-grade standard.
2.There are cooling devices for the reactor, the temperature of the container wall is less than 80℃,
and even the raw products are stayed on the wall, will not be burned.
3.With the flushing device, the machine can be applied for the drying for many kinds of products.4.The wet-type dust collecting is adopted, which meets the environment protecting standard.
5.There is the air cleaning device.
