Product Description
GEENYOND Company GY-HOP fully automatic hydraulic oil press has pioneered the grinding and pressing of high-oil woody oils such as cocoa, tea seeds, and walnuts, filling the gap in the traditional hydraulic oil presses in the cold-pressed oil and oil co-production industry of high-oil woody oils such as walnuts, tea seeds, and cocoa, which require manual use of filter cloth to make cakes, manual cake discharge, low production efficiency, high labor intensity, and intermittent production. It truly realizes the functions of automatic loading, automatic quantitative feeding, automatic pressing, automatic cake discharge, automatic sorting and recovery, and has great innovative significance in the domestic high-oil-content oil continuous hydraulic cold-pressing oil cake and meal protein production industry.
Product Features
1. Application Scope:
(1) After walnut, almond, hemp seed, pumpkin seed, peanut kernel, tea seed kernel and other materials are ground into paste, they need to be pumped through high material pressure (90MPa) without destroying the protein content of raw materials. The raw materials do not need to use filter cloth to make cakes or bags for automatic metering and feeding. The pressing temperature of the whole stage does not exceed 60℃, and the low-temperature pressed cake is automatically discharged. The whole process of oil pressing requires automatic stage-by-stage continuous production, and it is a large-capacity, low-cake residual oil powder and oil co-production project.
(2) Cocoa liquor, sesame paste, etc. need to be heated and tempered for continuous hydraulic hot pressing. The materials do not need to use filter cloth to make cakes or bags for automatic metering and feeding. The pressing temperature is controllable. The whole process of oil pressing requires automatic stage-by-stage continuous production, and it is a large-capacity, low-cake residual oil powder and oil co-production project.
2. Feeding Form:
Fluid sauce feeding. The feed is fed by a cam rotor pump or a high-pressure plunger pump. The feed pipe is equipped with a pressure transmitter, which can control the feed amount by pressure.
3. Process heating: The press chamber is designed with a hot water jacket and a steam jacket, which can be used for process heating.
(1) Hot water heating is used for low-temperature cold pressing, and the press box temperature is 50℃ (±5℃).
(2) Steam heating is used for high-temperature hot pressing, and the press box temperature is 90℃ (±5℃)

Product Advantages
1. The mechanical part adopts a horizontal press box structure, and the loading system and the pressing system adopt separate independent press boxes. The oil outlet method is improved to "end oil outlet", the oil outlet path is shorter, and the oil outlet efficiency is higher.
2. The filtration system adopts a unique filtration structure, and there is no need to use filter cloth or filter bag to make cakes. There is no leakage of residues or bursting during the pressing process. There is no filter cloth fiber residue on the cake, and the protein production is purer.
3. The hydraulic system adopts the internationally leading hydraulic pump valve and ultra-high pressure proportional valve hydraulic system. The system pressure reaches 45-55MPa, the working pressure can reach 1259-2861T, and the material pressure can reach 909-1010kg/m^2. It can design a unique pressing process curve for different materials, and the pressure is controllable, realizing the intelligent switching between large flow, low pressure and fast pressing and small flow, high pressure pressing, and more thorough oil discharge and lower residual oil in the cake.
4. The fully automatic horizontal hydraulic oil press adopts fully enclosed operation during the oil pressing process after the feeding is completed. The material is pressed in a closed pressing chamber. During the entire pressing process, personnel do not need to touch the material and oil, ensuring the cleanliness of the oil and cake during the pressing process.
5. The electronic control system adopts PLC control and touch screen operating system. Various parameters can be adjusted during the pressing process, and the pressing program can be adjusted in time. The entire production process from quantitative material feeding, pressing, oil output, and cake output adopts visualization, intelligence, digitization, full-automatic, and continuous operation (stage-by-stage continuous). During the production process, parameters such as pressing temperature, pressure, feed volume, and production time are visible and controllable. At the same time, centralized collection of on-site data can be realized, and the collected data can be analyzed. The equipment operation status and production status can be monitored, and the monitoring information can be remotely transmitted to company managers.
