Performance characteristics
Foam making block machine(foam hot melt machine) is a waste foam, such as: foam fast food box, cake box, foam packaging material,insulation material and foaming material, reticulated white pollution garbage, etc. Plasticized, squeezed into a braid, convenient for transportation and sales.
1,Waste foam is fed into a hopper, where high-speed rotating blades cut and pulverize it into fine fragments.
2,The pulverized foam is then pushed towards the outlet by a screw. As the barrel volume gradually decreases, the pressure on the material increases dramatically, generating significant frictional heat between the foam fragments and the barrel/screw.
3,With the assistance of an electric heating coil on the outer wall of the barrel, the temperature rapidly rises to the foam's melting point.
4,The molten viscous liquid is then forcefully extruded from a die at the front of the machine by the screw, forming strips.
