Potato flake powder production line

Potato granules, flakes and potato starch are different. The potato granules and the flakes are the dehydrations of fresh potatoes. They contain all dry matter of potatoes in addition to potato skin. Due to maintain the integrity of potato granules as much as possibly in the produce process the potato granules and flakes after watering have the nutrition, flavor and taste of cooked potatoes. The potato flake powder production line can be divided into fourteen working process: destining, washing, steam peeling, dry brush peeling, sorting and pruning, slicing, blanching and cooling, cooking and pounding, backfilling, blending, air current drying, low temperature drying, sieving, and packaging.
