I. Product Material

The product materials cover commonly used carbon structural steel and low-alloy high-strength steel at home and abroad, which can meet the load-bearing, anti-corrosion and processing needs of different scenarios. The specific materials and their characteristics are as follows:

  • Core Conventional Materials: Q235 series (Q235A, Q235B, Q235C, Q235D), high-quality carbon structural steel with moderate carbon content, excellent plasticity, toughness and welding performance, convenient cold bending processing and moderate cost. It is the preferred material for conventional scenarios such as construction and industrial plants, and is suitable for anti-slip parts without special anti-corrosion and low-temperature requirements.

  • High-Strength Materials: Q355 series (Q355A, Q355B, Q355C, Q355D, Q355E), low-alloy high-strength steel. Compared with Q235 series, it has significantly improved strength, bending and compression resistance, and can bear greater loads. It is suitable for scenarios with high strength requirements such as heavy equipment platforms, vehicle floorboards and ship decks. It can still maintain good toughness in low-temperature environments (Q355D/E grades) and is not easy to brittle fracture.

  • Commonly Used Materials for Foreign Trade: SS400 (Japanese standard), S235JR (EU standard), A36 (American standard), SA283Gr.C (American standard). The material performance corresponds to domestic Q235B and Q355B, which meets international export standards. Corresponding material certificates can be provided to adapt to foreign trade orders and foreign-related projects.

  • Special Customized Materials: According to customer needs, higher strength materials such as Q450 and Q550, as well as special materials such as weathering steel (Q295NH, Q355NH) and wear-resistant steel can be customized to meet the use needs of corrosive environments and high-wear scenarios. The internal structure of the material is uniform, the structural stability is strong, and it is not easy to deform or rust after long-term use.

All materials comply with national standards and corresponding international standards. Original factory material lists and third-party test reports can be provided to ensure that the chemical composition and mechanical properties meet the standards, which are suitable for various secondary processing and project acceptance needs.

II. Pattern Types

The surface patterns are regular in shape, consistent in raised height, clear and full in texture, without defects such as missing flowers, collapsed flowers and broken lines. The plate surface is highly flat, without obvious waves, distortion or scratches. Different patterns are suitable for different use scenarios, as follows:

  • Lentil Pattern (Code: LB): It has excellent anti-slip effect, moderate pattern raised height (regular 1.5-2.5mm), uniform force bearing, and is not easy to accumulate dust and water. It is the most widely used type in engineering, suitable for conventional anti-slip scenarios such as stair steps, factory floors, platform walkways and truck compartments.

  • Diamond Pattern (Code: LX): The patterns are distributed in a diamond shape, with firm structure, strong aesthetics, smooth and easy-to-clean surface. The raised height is slightly higher than that of lentil pattern, and the anti-slip performance is excellent. It is suitable for scenarios requiring both anti-slip and aesthetics such as ship decks, mechanical pedals and high-end factory floors.

  • Round Bean Pattern (Code: YD): The patterns are round raised, with soft touch, not easy to hurt feet, and mild anti-slip effect. It is suitable for scenarios with frequent pedestrian traffic such as pedestrian walkways, stair steps and shopping mall corridors, taking into account both anti-slip and comfort.

  • Combined Pattern (Code: ZH): Customized according to customer use scenarios, lentil, diamond and round bean patterns can be combined to take into account anti-slip, load-bearing and decorative needs. It is suitable for specially customized equipment platforms, decorative floors, special vehicle floorboards and other scenarios.

  • Other Special Patterns: Customizable strip patterns and serrated patterns. Strip patterns are convenient for drainage and suitable for humid environments; serrated patterns have extremely high anti-slip coefficient, suitable for heavy-duty operation platforms, dock trestles and other scenarios with frequent oil pollution and rain and snow.

III. Conventional Specifications and Customized Specifications

The product has complete specifications, and conventional specifications are available in stock. Customized processing such as fixed-length uncoiling, cutting, slitting, punching and bending can be carried out according to customer orders. The dimensional accuracy is high, and the tolerance meets the national standard GB/T 3277. The specific specifications are as follows:

(I) Conventional Specifications

  • Thickness Range: 2.0mm – 12.0mm, commonly used thicknesses: 2.5mm, 3.0mm, 4.0mm, 5.0mm, 6.0mm, 8.0mm, 10.0mm, 12.0mm; among them, 2.0-3.0mm is suitable for light walkways and decorative panels, 4.0-8.0mm is suitable for conventional platforms, compartments and stairs, and 10.0-12.0mm is suitable for heavy equipment platforms and ship decks.

  • Width Range: Conventional widths are 1000mm, 1250mm and 1500mm, supplemented by conventional widths of 900mm and 1800mm. Among them, 1250mm and 1500mm are the mainstream widths in stock, which are suitable for most engineering construction sizes.

  • Length Range: Conventional lengths are 2000mm, 2500mm, 3000mm and 6000mm, supplemented by lengths of 4000mm and 5000mm, which can be flexibly selected according to construction needs. 6000mm is the longest conventional length, which reduces the number of splicing and improves construction efficiency.

  • Pattern Size Parameters: Lentil pattern: raised height 1.5-2.5mm, pattern spacing 25-30mm; diamond pattern: raised height 2.0-3.0mm, pattern side length 30-40mm; round bean pattern: raised diameter 10-15mm, raised height 1.8-2.2mm. All pattern sizes meet the standards, and the anti-slip effect is stable.

(II) Customized Specifications

  • Thickness Customization: 1.5mm (ultra-thin type, suitable for decoration), 14.0mm and 16.0mm (extra-thick type, suitable for heavy load-bearing) can be customized. The thickness tolerance is controlled within ±0.3mm to meet the thickness needs of special scenarios.

  • Width Customization: Special widths such as 800mm and 2000mm can be customized, and the maximum customizable width is 2200mm. According to the customer's construction drawings and on-site needs, the size is accurately matched to reduce material waste.

  • Length Customization: Any fixed-length (1000mm-12000mm) can be customized, and section cutting is supported to meet the splicing needs of different construction scenarios. The fixed-length tolerance is controlled within ±5mm to ensure construction accuracy.

  • Processing Customization: Secondary processing such as slitting (width starting from 50mm), punching (aperture starting from 5mm), bending (bending angle 0-180°), welding, painting, hot-dip galvanizing and cold galvanizing can be carried out according to needs. The processing accuracy is high, which is suitable for various assembly scenarios and does not require additional processing by customers.

V. Product Performance Characteristics

  1. Excellent Anti-slip Performance: The raised patterns on the surface can significantly increase the friction coefficient (friction coefficient ≥ 0.6), and can still maintain good anti-slip effect in humid, oily, rainy and snowy environments, effectively reducing personnel slipping and item displacement, improving use safety, and adapting to various high-risk operation scenarios.

  2. Good Mechanical Performance: According to different materials, the tensile strength can reach 375-570MPa, and the yield strength can reach 235-355MPa. The overall strength is high, the bending and compression resistance is good, and it can bear the rolling of pedestrians, tools, goods and even light vehicles, not easy to deform or break, suitable for various load-bearing platforms and floor paving.

  3. Excellent Processing Performance: It can be subjected to secondary processing such as cutting, bending, welding, drilling, painting and galvanizing. There are no cracks or pores after welding, and no fracture or deformation after bending. The construction and installation are simple and convenient, which is suitable for various assembly scenarios such as steel structures, factories, vehicles and ships, and greatly improves the construction efficiency.

  4. Durability and Service Life: The material is firm and wear-resistant, with good impact resistance and fatigue resistance. The service life can reach 15-20 years under normal indoor use, and 10-15 years under outdoor use (after anti-corrosion treatment). It is not easy to wear and rust, with low maintenance cost and no frequent replacement.

  5. Neat and Beautiful Appearance: The plate surface is flat, the patterns are neatly arranged, and the color is uniform (the hot-rolled natural color is blue-black, and the painted or galvanized color can be customized). It not only meets the practical functions, but also can play a certain decorative effect, improving the overall engineering appearance, and adapting to scenarios with high decorative requirements.

  6. Environmental Protection and Energy Saving: It is produced with high-quality steel, no harmful impurities, recyclable and reusable, in line with environmental protection requirements. The emission of pollutants is strictly controlled during the production process, taking into account both practicality and environmental protection.

VI. Implementation Standards

The products are strictly produced in accordance with the national standard GB/T 3277-2015 "Checkered Steel Plates", and also comply with relevant standards such as GB/T 700 "Carbon Structural Steel" and GB/T 1591 "Low-Alloy High-Strength Structural Steel". The dimensional tolerance, chemical composition, mechanical performance, surface quality and other indicators all meet the specification requirements. Quality assurance certificates, third-party test reports, material lists and other relevant documents can be provided to meet the needs of project acceptance, export commodity inspection and customer audit. VIII. Packaging, Transportation and Delivery

  • Packaging Method: Conventionally, it is tightly bound with steel strips, and the weight of each bundle is controlled at 2-5 tons for easy loading and unloading; moisture-proof packaging, film coating protection and wooden pallet packaging can be added according to export requirements to prevent moisture and scratches during transportation; special packaging schemes can be customized for special specifications to ensure the integrity of the products.

  • Delivery Status: Default delivery in hot-rolled state, with hot-rolled natural surface; anti-rust treatments such as painting, hot-dip galvanizing, cold galvanizing and phosphating can be done according to customer needs to improve the corrosion resistance of the product and adapt to outdoor and humid environment use.

  • Shipping Method: Whole vehicle delivery, container transportation (20ft/40ft container) and less-than-carload transportation are supported. It can cooperate with customer's container loading requirements, designated logistics and delivery location, and can be delivered nationwide. Distribution schemes can be negotiated for remote areas.

  • Delivery Time: Conventional specifications in stock can be arranged for shipment within 5-7 days. For urgent orders, the delivery time can be shortened through negotiation to ensure that customers can construct on time.
