I. Product Category
Deformed Steel Bar: With longitudinal and transverse ribs on the surface, the transverse ribs are spiral, herringbone or crescent-shaped. It has strong bond strength with concrete and excellent tensile performance, making it the main load-bearing steel for the main structure of buildings, widely used in core parts such as beams, columns, slabs and foundations.
Round Steel Bar (Plain Steel Bar): Smooth surface without longitudinal and transverse ribs, easy to process, bend and weld, with good plasticity. It is mostly used for stirrups, structural reinforcement, embedded parts and small components, and can also be used as auxiliary load-bearing steel bars.
Coiled Deformed Steel Bar: Supplied in coil form with continuous length, no need for cutting, low use loss, suitable for on-site straightening and cutting, convenient for construction. It is mostly used for small and medium-sized components, wall reinforcement and stirrup processing, suitable for batch construction scenarios.
Seismic Steel Bar: The production process is optimized on the basis of ordinary deformed steel bars, with seismic elements added. It has higher yield strength, tensile strength and elongation, marked with the suffix "E", suitable for construction projects in earthquake-prone areas to ensure the seismic safety of the structure.
II. Material and Model (Including National Standard/Industry Standard Models)
(I) Core Material
This product is made of high-quality carbon structural steel and low-alloy high-strength structural steel, with pure material, low impurity content and stable mechanical properties. Different material grades can be selected according to engineering needs, as follows:
Carbon structural steel: Q235, Q255, Q275, mainly used for round steel bars, suitable for non-main load-bearing parts, with high cost performance and excellent processing performance.
Low-alloy high-strength structural steel: 20MnSi, 20MnV, 25MnSi, 40Si2MnV, 45SiMnV, 45Si2MnTi, etc., mainly used for deformed steel bars, coiled deformed steel bars and seismic steel bars. It has high strength, high toughness and good welding performance, and is the preferred material for the main structure of buildings.
(II) Product Models (National Standard GB/T 1499 Series)
All models comply with the standards of "Steel for Reinforced Concrete - Part 1: Hot-rolled Plain Steel Bars" (GB/T 1499.1) and "Steel for Reinforced Concrete - Part 2: Hot-rolled Deformed Steel Bars" (GB/T 1499.2). The specific models and application scenarios are as follows:
Plain Steel Bar (HPB Series): HPB300, mostly made of Q235 or 20MnSi, with yield strength ≥300MPa and tensile strength ≥420MPa, mainly used for stirrups and structural reinforcement, with diameter range of 6-22mm.
Ordinary Deformed Steel Bar (HRB Series): HRB335 (gradually phased out, with partial stock supply), HRB400, HRB500, HRB600. Among them, HRB400 is the mainstream model for current construction projects, HRB500 is used for high-strength load-bearing parts, and HRB600 is used for high-end projects such as super high-rise buildings and long-span bridges.
Seismic Deformed Steel Bar (HRB Series with Suffix "E"): HRB400E, HRB500E, HRB600E. On the basis of ordinary HRB models, seismic performance requirements are added, with yield ratio ≤0.85 and elongation ≥9%, suitable for construction projects with seismic fortification intensity of 6 degrees and above.
Coiled Deformed Steel Bar (Coiled Type of HRB Series): HRB400 Coiled Deformed Steel Bar, HRB500 Coiled Deformed Steel Bar, HRB400E Coiled Deformed Steel Bar, HRB500E Coiled Deformed Steel Bar. The material is the same as the corresponding deformed steel bar, supplied in coil form, and the length can be straightened and cut according to construction needs.
Special Purpose Steel Bars: CRB550, CRB600H cold-rolled ribbed steel bars, made of low-carbon steel, mainly used for small components and prestressed concrete components; Prestressed steel bars (PSB785, PSB830, PSB930, PSB1080), made of high-strength alloy structural steel, used for long-span and heavy-load prestressed concrete projects.

(II) Length Specification (Unit: m)
Fixed Length (Conventional): 9, 12, which are the most commonly used lengths for current construction projects, convenient for transportation, loading and unloading and on-site construction.
Custom Length: Custom lengths such as 6m, 10m, 15m, 18m can be provided according to customer needs, and the production cycle needs to be confirmed in advance.
Length of Coiled Deformed Steel Bar: The coil diameter is φ800-φ1200mm, the weight of a single coil is 2-5 tons, the unfolded length can reach hundreds of meters, with continuous no joints, and it can be straightened and cut on-site when used without loss.
(III) Tolerance Standard
The dimensional accuracy of all specifications complies with the requirements of national standards GB/T 1499.1-2017 and GB/T 1499.2-2018. Diameter tolerance: ±0.3mm (small diameter 6-12mm), ±0.4mm (medium diameter 14-22mm), ±0.5mm (large diameter 25mm and above); Length tolerance: ±50mm. The shape is regular, the rib height and rib spacing are uniform, which is convenient for welding, binding and combining with concrete.

V. Performance Characteristics
High Strength and Good Toughness: The yield strength and tensile strength meet national standards. The yield strength of HRB400 is ≥400MPa, HRB500 is ≥500MPa, the elongation is ≥16% (non-seismic) and ≥9% (seismic). It has excellent seismic and fatigue resistance, can bear the long-term load of the building structure, and ensure structural safety.
Good Welding Performance: Suitable for various on-site welding processes such as arc welding, flash butt welding and electroslag pressure welding. The strength of the welded joint is not lower than that of the base metal, the connection is firm, and there are no defects such as cracks and slag inclusions, which meets the on-site construction needs.
Strong Bond Strength: The rib design on the surface of the deformed steel bar is reasonable, which combines closely with concrete, is not easy to slip, can effectively transfer stress, and improve the overall stability and bearing capacity of the reinforced concrete structure.
Uniform Quality: Adopting advanced smelting and rolling processes, the surface has no defects such as cracks, folds, scars and inclusions, high dimensional accuracy, uniform material, and stable quality of each batch of products.
Good Corrosion Resistance: A protective film is formed on the surface through natural oxidation, which can adapt to conventional construction environments (such as indoor and outdoor non-corrosive environments). For corrosive environments such as coastal areas and chemical industry, customized treatments such as galvanizing and anti-corrosion coating can be provided.
Convenient Processing: Easy to cut, bend, weld and bind, suitable for various on-site construction processes. The coiled deformed steel bar can be directly straightened for use, with low loss and improved construction efficiency.

Quality Assurance: Production is strictly organized in accordance with the above standards. Each batch of products undergoes physical and chemical testing and mechanical performance testing. Quality assurance certificates and testing reports (chemical composition, mechanical performance, etc.) can be provided to meet the requirements of project acceptance and export customs declaration.
VII. Packaging and Transportation
Packaging Method: Adopting high-quality steel strip binding packaging. Each bundle of plain steel bars and deformed steel bars contains 10-20 pieces (adjusted according to diameter). Coiled deformed steel bars are packaged in coils, wrapped with waterproof plastic film on the outside to prevent moisture and rust during transportation, and the binding is firm without unpacking or unbundling.
Weight per Bundle: The weight of each bundle of plain steel bars and deformed steel bars is 2-5 tons, and the weight of each coil of coiled deformed steel bars is 2-5 tons. The packaging weight can be adjusted according to customer requirements, which is convenient for loading, unloading and counting.
Transportation Method: Suitable for various transportation methods such as sea transportation, land transportation and railway transportation. It can be shipped in containers (20ft, 40ft containers), suitable for export; For domestic transportation, special vehicles can be arranged for delivery directly to the construction site, with full protection during the whole process to avoid collision and rust of steel bars. The delivery cycle for regular orders is 5-7 days, and the delivery cycle for customized specifications needs to be confirmed separately according to the production cycle.
