Product Description
Working principle
The fruit pulp (solid-liquid mixture) broken to be pressed from the feeding box is continuously and evenly sent between the lower filter belt and the upper filter belt, and is moved forward by the two filter belts. In the lower curved wedge area, a large amount of juice is slowly pressed out to form a filter cake that can be pressed. When entering the press zone, the juice is further pressed out due to the tension of the filter belt and the action of the press roller with the L-shaped laminate. Later, as the diameter of the press roller decreases, the surface pressure and shear force of the filter cake between the filter belt increase, ensuring the best press effect.
Cold press juice extractor
Belt press is the use of two ring mesh belt(filter press belt) to hold the pulp after by passing the multistage diameter of the press roller, due to the role of the mesh belt tension, so that the external press filter belt around the press roller on the pulp between the two belts to produce pressure, so that the juice through the press filter belt discharged, so as to achieve the effect of juicing. It is mainly composed of three parts: the homogenizing area, the wedge area and the pressing area, of which the pressing area is the core functional area of the machine.
