Homogenization Homogenizer Machine
Introduction:
The homogenizer is an important equipment of food, dairy food, juice, drink processing and many other industries.
The main function of the homogenizer is to improve homogeneity and stability of products.With the effect of material thinning and mixture under the three action of extruding, strong impacting and decompression inflating.
Application:
It is widely used in Food and beverage industry, pharmacy, light industry, bioengineering technique and nanotechnology industry.
Working Principle:
The homogenizer consists of homogenization system, transmission system, lubrication cooling system and frame. Through the reciprocating motion of the plunger, the single-valve core and valve seat of the pump opens and closes, thus forming high pressure liquid flow inside. when passing through the tiny gap between the homogenization valve, the high pressure liquid flow receives the action of composite force of high speed impact, grinding, shear, hole and turbulence flow, etc. and finally realize the fine emulsification and crushing efficacy.
