　　The traction forklift batteries produced by HAWKER Power Supply Co.,Ltd.are technologically and craftsmanship-advanced products that are widely used in the industry.Many renowned manufacturers of forklifts,locomotive tractors,electric cleaning vehicles,electric tour buses,and other products use HAWKER PZS traction batteries.These batteries comply with DIN standards and are primarily used in European standard forklifts such as those from LINDE,HANGCHA,JUNGHEINRICH,HYSTER,BT,and STILL.They also comply with JIS/BS standards and are primarily used in JIS/BS standard forklifts such as those from NICHIYU,TOYOTA,TCM,KOMATSU,SHINKO,and NISSAN.

　　monolithic structure

　　The HAWKER traction battery utilizes mature tubular positive plate technology.The positive plate adopts a die-cast grid,with the active material stored in a polyester-material tube;the negative plate uses a reinforced plate-type electrode.Between the positive and negative plates is a microporous separator with a raised side.The battery cell casing is made of high-impact and high-temperature resistant polypropylene material,and the casing cover is heat-sealed to prevent electrolyte leakage.

　　Each positive and negative terminal is cast with lead alloy and copper core terminals with internal threads.The combination of the terminal post and the compressed sealing rubber ring can effectively prevent electrolyte leakage.

　　Battery cell connection strip

　　The battery cells are connected using fully insulated,halogen-free flexible connectors.The bolted connection of the connectors facilitates the simple and quick removal of cells from the battery pack for maintenance or replacement.

　　Each battery cell is equipped with a safety valve to allow the gas generated during charging to escape.The safety valve allows for the addition of purified water and the measurement of electrolyte specific gravity.The safety valve also features a baffle to prevent electrolyte surge in the battery.

　　The battery cover features a design that allows for punching to install an electrolyte stirring system or temperature sensor.

　　Hawker aquamatic centralized automatic water filling system

　　The Hawker aquamatic centralized automatic water filling system can complete the water filling of all battery cells within the battery pack from the central point of the battery system.The water filling safety valve of this system,as shown in the preceding figure,can automatically maintain the optimal liquid level of the battery cells,while also allowing gas generated during the charging process to escape and facilitating the operation of measuring electrolyte specific gravity.

　　The Hawker electrolyte circulation and agitation system operates based on the airlift principle,utilizing a piping system installed on the battery.The diaphragm pump blows low-speed airflow into the battery,enabling it to circulate within the battery casing.This system effectively prevents electrolyte stratification and ensures optimal charging.
