The JIS F7367 J type flanged bronze marine gate valve is designed specifically for ship piping systems in full accordance with JIS F7367 standard. Made of high-quality marine bronze, it provides excellent corrosion resistance and stability in seawater environments. This valve is widely used for on-off control of water, oil, air and other media on various vessels, ensuring reliable performance in long-term marine service.
Featuring a rugged bronze body and precision-machined wedge disc, this gate valve delivers strong sealing and high durability. The bronze material effectively resists saltwater corrosion and rust, making it especially suitable for seawater cooling systems, ballast systems and fire-fighting pipelines. The sturdy structure ensures stable operation under 5K and 10K pressure ratings.
With a rising stem and handwheel operation, the valve allows easy and accurate control with clear visual indication of opening and closing status. The full bore design minimizes flow resistance and pressure loss, improving pipeline efficiency. JIS standard flanged ends ensure good compatibility with ship pipelines and convenient installation, disassembly and maintenance.
This JIS F7367 bronze gate valve covers a full size range from DN15 to DN150, suitable for various ship pipeline layouts. It performs well in temperatures ranging from -10℃ to 120℃ and is widely applied in marine engineering, shipyards, offshore platforms and vessel systems. Custom sizes and connection types are available to meet different project requirements.
