A Tire Wire Drawing Machine, also known as a Tire Bead Wire Extractor or Tire Steel Wire Separator, is a specialized piece of equipment used in the tire recycling industry. Its primary function is to automatically and efficiently separate the high-tensile steel wires embedded within the bead and belt areas of scrap tires.
Key Functions:

Bead Ring Processing: It cuts and pulls out the steel bead rings, which are the rigid, circular wires that seal the tire against the wheel rim.

Steel Belt Separation: For steel-belted radial tires, it slices the tire carcass and extracts the mesh of steel belts from the rubber compound.

Standard Working Process:

Feeding: A pre-processed scrap tire (usually sidewall-removed) is loaded onto the machine.

Cutting/Slitting: Specialized cutting tools slit the tire bead or carcass to expose the steel wires.

Gripping & Pulling: Hydraulic or mechanical clamps grip the exposed steel wire.

Drawing/Extraction: The machine powerfully and steadily pulls the entire steel wire mesh or bead ring out in one continuous piece.

Discharge: The extracted steel coils are collected for recycling, while the de-wired rubber (crumb rubber) proceeds to the next granulation stage.
