This equipment is a Pneumatic Ceramic Double-layer Butterfly Valve (also called Pneumatic Double-layer Air-locked Butterfly Valve, Wear-resistant Double-layer Discharge Valve). It adopts a series structure of double-layer valve plates, driven by a pneumatic actuator to open and close the two layers alternately, keeping one layer closed at all times to realize the integration of air-locking, sealing and discharging. The valve body is made of carbon steel/stainless steel lined with high-hardness ceramic, with excellent wear and corrosion resistance. It is widely used in dust removal systems, pneumatic conveying, power plant fly ash conveying, mining ore powder conveying and other working conditions, for sealed discharge and pressure isolation of highly abrasive powder and granular materials.
