This equipment is a Multi-station Bulk Bag Unloading Station (Big Bag Discharger), an automated unpacking and discharging system designed for powder and granular materials packed in 1-2 ton large-capacity bulk bags. Equipped with multiple hoisting stations, it can handle several bulk bags simultaneously. The bulk bags are hoisted to the discharging stations via electric hoists or cranes. It adopts a fully enclosed structure to realize dust-free unpacking. Materials can be smoothly discharged by gravity or auxiliary vibration/beating devices, and can be connected to downstream equipment such as pneumatic conveying and screw conveying. It is widely used in chemical, plastic, food, pharmaceutical, building materials and other industries to meet the needs of efficient, automated and environmentally friendly feeding of bulk materials.
