This equipment is a Dual-pneumatic Sanitary Butterfly Valve (Double-sided Actuated Sanitary Butterfly Valve). The main body is made of 304/316L stainless steel, driven by bilateral symmetric pneumatic actuators. The valve plate rotates 0°~90° controlled by dual cylinders. Compared with single-actuator butterfly valves, it features greater torque and more stable operation, which can eliminate hysteresis and sealing wear during opening/closing. The full bore without dead space design meets GMP sanitary standards. It is widely used in pipeline systems of clean fluids with high sanitary requirements in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, bioengineering and other industries, realizing automatic medium interception and flow regulation.
