4 mesh To 300 mesh Plain Dutch Stainless Steel Wire Mesh
With special aperture, plain dutch weave stainless steel wire mesh has higher filtration rate than square weave mesh. Plain dutch weave mesh is mainly used as filter cloth in fine filtration industries.
For plain dutch weave wire mesh,warp wire diameter is larger than weft wire , and each warp wire passes alternately over and under each weft wire, as in normal plain weave. The wires are very closed to each other that not have a straight-through, filtration occurs at the point where warp and weft join.
We can offer plain dutch weave wire mesh in the various specifications, the apertures are from 23 micron to 210 micron, and manufactured width is up to 1.5 m. The wire mesh is commonly constructed with materials of grade 304 and grade 316 stainless steel.
