The LUC oil filtering trolley is mainly used for the precise filtration of solid impurities in transformer oil, turbine oil, lubricating oil, etc. This machine is usually equipped with one - stage or three - stage filtration, and it can also be configured with more than three - stage filtration according to the customer's requirements. It is portable, flexible and easy to operate. This machine can also be used for refueling and oil injection at long distances and high heads.
Using the filter element as the medium, under the action of pressure, the oil passes through the filter element to achieve the purpose of impurity removal.
(1). Place the machine on a relatively flat ground or in the carriage. Carefully check if there is any looseness in the whole machine. Pay special attention that the connection part between the motor and the oil pump must be tightened and concentric.
(2). Connect the power supply correctly. Start the oil pump and observe if its rotation direction is correct. Otherwise, change the phase sequence of the power supply.
(3). After the power is connected, check if the state of the thermostat is normal and set the required working temperature.
(4). Connect and tighten the inlet and outlet oil pipes. Remind users to note that the outlet oil pipe and the oil outlet must be tightened. Otherwise, as the pressure increases, the outlet oil pipe may be washed off, adding unnecessary troubles.
(5). After fixing the inlet and outlet oil pipes, press the motor start button. The oil pump starts to work normally. When the oil flows out from the oil outlet, turn the heating switch to start the heater. The oil after three - stage filtration is the purified oil. During the filtration process, please pay attention to observing the pressure gauge. If the pressure reaches 0.4MPA, please clean and replace the filter element in time.
(6). When one barrel (box) of oil is pumped out and another barrel (box) of oil needs to be pumped, the action should be fast to avoid the long - term idling of the oil pump. If it's too late, stop the machine. Restart the machine after the inlet oil pipe is connected properly.
