This equipment is an Electric Star Discharge Valve (Electric Rotary Airlock Feeder / Star Type Unloader / Electric Air Lock). Made of stainless steel/carbon steel, it is driven by an electric actuator to rotate the rotor impeller with star-shaped blades, and cooperates with the circular flange valve body structure to realize quantitative discharge and air-lock sealing of powder and small granular materials. The electric actuator precisely controls the impeller speed to ensure continuous, uniform and stable conveying of materials from the upper silo to the downstream pipeline. It also effectively isolates the pressure difference between the upper and lower parts, avoiding gas cross-flow and material leakage in the pneumatic conveying system. It is widely used in the conveying of powder and granular materials in environmental protection, metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials, grain and other industries.
