1. Bottle washing: The bottle washing goes through five stations. The stations use chlorine dioxide solution for washing and disinfection. The flushing time is adjustable. The second station is for flushing with liquid medicine, the third station is for flushing with clean water, the fourth station is for cleaning with pure water. 2. Filling: The air - dried barrels are conveyed by the chain conveying mechanism and fall on the barrel - holding mechanism. The filling time can be adjusted according to the flow rate of the filling pump.
3. Filling and capping: After filling is completed, the barrel - output transmission mechanism sends the filled barrels to the cap - arranging machine for capping. When the capped barrels are transmitted to the capping mechanism, the capping cylinder presses the caps tightly. At this point, a washing and filling cycle is completed.
