Due to the above structure, the product has the following characteristics:
As the heating cable is composed of non-combustible inorganic substances, the product is fireproof and flame-retardant, does not release toxic gases, and has zero combustion.
The operating temperature limit of the heating cable is the highest temperature that its core and metal outer sheath layer are subjected.
The insulating layer is made of magnesium oxide, and the core and sheath are made of metal, which fundamentally solves the problem of aging and prolongs the service life of the cable to the greatest extent.
The product adopts different outer casings, which can resist the erosion of oils, solvents and most acids, and it has good chemical stability.
The metal sheath has excellent explosion-proof performance and electromagnetic shielding performance, which can also serve as a ground loop.
Good mechanical properties, due to its sturdy structure, it can withstand twisting, squeezing, bending, pulling, friction and general heavy handling.
Adopting the series resistance type electric heating element, heating is uniform, small temperature difference across the entire length, large heating cable, generally between 20 ~ 200W / m.
It is forbidden to cross and overlap during installation of mineral insulated heating cables, and it is forbidden to bend the MI cold end connector, and the cold end and the junction box should be placed outside the insulation layer.
