H44T-16Q cast iron check valve is a one-way valve with a rotary opening structure and flange connection, mainly used to prevent medium backflow. Its core advantages are as follows:
1. Simple and compact structure: The overall design is simple, with a small volume and light weight, only 1/4~1/20 of traditional flange check valves, making it easy to install and maintain
2. Flexible opening and closing, sensitive action: relying on the pressure of the medium itself to automatically open or close, without the need for external driving, with a rapid response
3. Low fluid resistance: The opening angle of the valve disc can reach over 75 °, and the flow channel has been optimized by CFD to adopt a gradually expanding diversion design, significantly reducing head loss (measured not exceeding 0.3 meters of water column)
4. Good sealing performance: The sealing surface of the valve disc is often welded with hard alloy or adopts a copper core structure to achieve metal hard or soft sealing, which complies with ISO 5208 leakage level certification
5. Wide application range: nominal pressure 1.0~1.6MPa, working temperature generally ≤ 150 ℃ (gray cast iron material is not suitable for environments below -10 ℃), suitable for media such as water, steam, oil, etc
6. Easy installation: Supports horizontal or vertical pipeline installation, but it should be noted that the direction of the valve body arrow is consistent with the flow direction of the medium
7. Convenient maintenance: In case of malfunction, the valve disc components can be replaced online without disassembling the entire valve, reducing maintenance costs
