2. Test Methods and Rules
2.1 Appearance: Visual inspection
2.2 Outline and installation dimensions: Inspect according to the drawings provided by the customer
2.3 Power and current: Use an electrical parameter tester, and the data measured under no-load shall meet the requirements in the table.
2.4 Insulation resistance: Test the insulation resistance between the motor winding and the casing under normal temperature, which shall be greater than 100MΩ; when it is in thermal stability or after the temperature rise test, it shall not be less than 10MΩ.
2.5 Insulation dielectric strength: Apply an AC voltage of 1250V between the winding and the casing for 1min, with no flashover, breakdown or arcing.
2.6 Torque: Hang a torque disk with a diameter of Ф80mm on the motor output shaft, and hang weights on the torque disk. The torque shall be in accordance with the regulations in the table. It is qualified if it can start forward and reverse in any three positions.
2.7 Motor leakage current: After the temperature rise test, the motor is energized with 1.06 times the rated voltage and runs under no-load, and the measured motor leakage current shall meet the requirements in the table.
2.8 Low voltage pull-in torque: The motor is energized with 85% of the rated voltage, 0.8 times the torque is applied to the motor output shaft, and the voltage is applied intermittently to start twice, both of which can pull into synchronization from a standstill.
2.9 Temperature rise: Place the motor under normal and stable test climate conditions until it reaches a stable temperature (not less than 2h), measure the room item
