If special requirements are needed, custom-made products can be provided according to drawings. The temperature resistance of the lined pipeline interior also depends on the quality of the adhesive used. Adhesives available on the market offer various functions, including high-temperature, low-temperature, and wear-resistant options; you should select the adhesive product that best suits your pipeline. Aluminum oxide wear-resistant products are manufactured through dry pressing and high-temperature sintering, with a Rockwell hardness of 9—second only to diamond in hardness. They are widely used in the metallurgical industry, power plants, cement plants, and the mining sector, particularly in high-wear areas of blast furnace production, sintering, and coking processes, such as chutes, material silos, blast furnace top charging systems, cyclone dust collectors, pipe linings, hoppers, pulverized coal injection pipes, grate bars, and grate plates.
