Product Description
Metal scrap hammermill shredder metal scrap crusher is for the light material. bulky material or the steel wire scrap to process them into smaller density material through the hammer squezing, rubbing,crashing of hammer and the material, to down size of material, meanwhile to get out the impurities .cut off the cost of transportation, increase the melting ratio. there is fit with jet pulse filter to proect environment.
Scrap metal recycling plants and material recycling stations; end-of-life vehicle dismantling and waste appliance dismantling and processing centers; metallurgical smelting enterprises and renewable resource industrial parks; construction waste treatment and industrial metal scrap processing.
Material enters the crushing chamber through the feed inlet. A high-speed rotating rotor drives high-manganese steel hammers to forcefully impact the material, causing initial fragmentation.
The fragmented material repeatedly collides and rubs against the lining plates and screen plates inside the crushing chamber, further refining it.
Metal particles that meet the size requirements are discharged through the screen, while unqualified materials continue to circulate and be crushed within the chamber, ultimately yielding a uniformly crushed material.
A magnetic separator separates ferrous and non-ferrous metals, and a dust removal system treats the dust generated during the crushing process.
