Scope of application:
Suitable for removing plastic runways,PU sports fields,PVC plastic badminton courts, basketball courts, plastic floors, and removing old fields, etc.
Instructions for use:
1.Open the mechanical packaging. The handle is an adjustable handle. Adjust it to the lowest position;
2.Lift the machine, loosen the five screws under the front shoveling part, install the shovel blade, and tighten the screws;
3.Turn the large black rubber handle for adjusting the depth to the lowest position. At this time, adjust the angle of the scraper blade according to the venue material and ground conditions (this is the scraper blade angle. Generally, for thicker venues, the angle can be adjusted smaller, and for thinner ones, it can be adjusted larger. Adjust according to the ground);
4.After all the adjustments are completed, first turn on the ON start switch on the right. The OFF is the stop switch for the scraper blade. The forward and reverse switch on the middle panel can be adjusted for forward and reverse rotation. The red one on the left is the emergency stop switch, the green one on the right is the start switch for the walking motor, and the black one at the bottom is the speed control switch for the walking motor. You can select a suitable walking speed according to the ground conditions;
Precautions: The working principle of the scraping machine is that it has relatively strong vibration. Therefore, during operation, pay attention to tightening any loose screws. The working part of the scraper blade needs to be regularly filled with high-temperature grease. This equipment is a three-phase electrical equipment. Ensure correct power connection during use.
