Chemical plant magnetic separation equipment is a kind of magnetic separation and purification equipment customized according to the material characteristics and production working conditions of the chemical industry. It mainly includes three series: permanent magnetic iron separators, electromagnetic iron separators and pipeline magnetic separators, professionally developed and manufactured by Feichuang Heavy Industry.
These devices are specially designed to remove ferromagnetic impurities in the chemical production process, which can effectively protect key chemical production equipment such as crushers, grinders, conveying pumps and reaction kettles, avoid equipment wear, jamming and failure caused by iron scraps, steel slag and other impurities, and ensure the purity of chemical finished products, production safety and product quality stability.
1. Permanent Magnetic Iron Separator
Permanent magnetic iron separators adopt high-performance permanent magnet materials to generate a stable and constant magnetic field without power supply, featuring low energy consumption and almost maintenance-free. With optimized magnetic circuit design, the magnetic field is uniform and long-lasting, suitable for removing iron from various chemical powders, granules and bulk materials.
The equipment shell can be made of 304/316L stainless steel with good corrosion resistance, adapting to corrosive working conditions in chemical plants. It can be installed in suspended, drawer-type or self-discharging structures, easy to use and durable.
2. Electromagnetic Iron Separator
Electromagnetic iron separators can adjust magnetic field intensity by controlling current, with high magnetic force and strong iron removal capacity, suitable for materials with high impurity content and large flow rate. They are equipped with automatic iron unloading system to realize continuous and automatic operation, meeting the 24-hour continuous production demand of chemical plants.
The whole machine is sturdy and reliable, with over-temperature, over-current and overload protection. Explosion-proof configuration is optional to meet the safety requirements of the chemical industry.
3. Pipeline Magnetic Separator
Pipeline magnetic separators adopt fully sealed pipeline structure, connected by flanges, which can be directly installed in the chemical conveying pipeline without material leakage. They are specially used for removing iron impurities in slurry, powder and granular materials in closed pipelines.
Made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, they feature compact structure, convenient installation and disassembly, high iron removal efficiency, and are widely used in pipeline conveying systems in chemical, fertilizer, pigment and other industries.
