Stainless Steel Hexagonal Mesh
Hexmesh are made of pressed strips and riveted together to form hexagonal holes.
Hexmetal (hexmesh), also known as hexagonal steel or hexagonal mesh, is used to support refractory materials in the refining, petrochemical, cement, steel and subcontracting industries to minimize erosion and retain refractory materials in furnaces, kilns, incinerators and reactors.
Hexagonal Steel Mesh and flexible metal refractory lining features：
1. High wear resistance high temperature corrosion resistance.
2. Strong Thermal state impact ability.
3. Good mechanical processing performance.
4. Used in about 1300 °C.

Hexmesh Types：H Type With Bonding Holes and L Type With Lance Tabs.
H Type With Bonding Holes.
1）Instead of lance tabs, holes are punched through the walls of the hexmetal cell. Refractory can then flow through these holes to achieve a bond from one cell to another.
L Type With Lance Tabs
2）Hex-metal: Pronges/Lances Type This style has lance tabs protruding from the walls of the hexagonal cell to act as anchorage for the refractory.

We are a leading manufacturer of hexagonal mesh and fire-resistant anchors. With over 20 years of design and manufacturing experience, more than 20 production equipments, and OEM/ODM services, we can provide high-quality fire-resistant armor systems for new and old customers.
2. What is your minimum order quantity?
We are a factory and there is no minimum order quantity. We will produce 1 square meter for you and sell it to new and old customers at normal prices.
6. How to get samples?
We can provide free samples.But the clients will pay the courier fee.
4. What payment methods can you accept?
We usually adopt T/T, L/C, Western Union, PayPal, Money Gram etc.
5. How long is your delivery time?
If production is needed, it is about 20 working days. If it is in stock, it is 3 working days.
