The D941X electric flange soft seal butterfly valve is a valve composed of an electric actuator and a flange butterfly valve. According to different working modes and conditions, it can be divided into switch control type and intelligent regulation type (4-20mA analog signal control). The sealing forms include soft seal and hard seal. Its working principle is to receive standard signals (such as 0-10mA, 4-20mA, or 1-5VDC) through an electric actuator, drive the motor group to drive the gear turbine worm mechanism, generate angular torque, and drive the butterfly plate to rotate within the range of 0-90 °, thereby achieving valve opening and closing or flow regulation.
When the valve is opened, the thickness of the butterfly plate is the resistance of the medium flowing through the valve body, so the pressure drop is small and it has good flow control characteristics
This valve can achieve remote control, with a variety of power source options. By selecting different electric actuators, it can meet various control requirements such as signal feedback, flow regulation, explosion-proof, etc. It can also achieve ultra small design and mechanical self-locking
Its sealing materials are diverse and can adapt to various media such as water, air, oil, acid, alkali, salt, etc. It has bidirectional sealing function, low operating torque, linear flow characteristics, and good regulation performance
Adopting flange connection, it can be installed vertically or horizontally, and the valve seat sealing ring is organically integrated with the valve body. This valve is widely used in industrial automatic control systems in industries such as food, environmental protection, light industry, petroleum, papermaking, chemical engineering, teaching and research equipment, and power.
