Aluminum Stranded Wire Cutting Machine
The Aluminum Stranded Wire Cutting Machine is a specialized industrial equipment designed for precise and efficient cutting of aluminum stranded wires or cables into specified lengths. The dust catcher will keep the environment friendly, meanwhile, the magnetic separator will sort the Al from steel chips. after cutting the final products could under 30 mm.
Working Principle
Waste steel strands are fed into the shredding chamber via a feeding mechanism;
The twin shafts rotate in opposite directions at a relatively low speed; the interlocking blades generate a combined shearing, crushing, and tearing force, cutting the multi-strand steel wires into small segments or granules;
Upon discharge, magnetic separation is employed to separate the steel from aluminum and non-metallic impurities, while dust is extracted by a negative-pressure system;
The low-speed design—distinct from high-speed impact methods—effectively prevents dust explosions, minimizes premature blade wear, and prevents the steel strands from entangling around the rotor shafts.
The steel strand crusher boasts high crushing efficiency, capable of processing large quantities of copper-clad steel strands within a relatively short timeframe. Its structural design is scientifically sound and rational, ensuring smooth operation and low noise levels, thereby creating a comfortable working environment for operators. Furthermore, the cutting blades exhibit excellent wear resistance and a long service life, which helps to minimize operating costs. Moreover, the crushed material features uniform particle size, facilitating subsequent reprocessing and utilization.
