3. Manufacturing Process & Quality Assurance
Engineering and Design: We design according to specifications and can meet our clients' specific standards.
Advanced Shop Fabrication: Our process ensures quality control from the start: Material inspection -> Shot blasting & priming -> CNC Cutting & Beveling -> Plate Rolling (for curved sections) -> Shop Assembly & Welding (using SAW, GMAW) in controlled conditions -> Dimensional check.
Stringent Quality Control: We implement a 3-level inspection system. Our in-house NDT team performs RT, UT, MT, PT. We actively cooperate with third-party inspectors (SGS, BV, TÜV, Lloyds) as required.
Surface Treatment & Shipping: We apply high-performance coating systems (epoxy zinc-rich, glass flake, polyurethane) tailored to the service environment. For corrosive media, anti-corrosion linings (rubber, FRP) are available. We use sturdy sea-fastening cradles and waterproof packaging for safe shipment.
