2. Product Introduction
The thermal conductive graphite sheet is made of natural graphite. It has high thermal conductivity, is easy to install, flexible, and compressible. It can be provided in coated (if insulation is required) and uncoated forms, and can also be edge-wrapped. The temperature range of application is from -40 to 400℃ (in an inert environment). It has no gas or liquid permeability, and the graphite layer does not age or become brittle. It is suitable for most chemical media and has a wide range of applications, such as heat conduction in integrated circuits, high-power density electronic devices, computers, and electronic instruments. It has good market prospects in the mobile phone, computer, and electronics industries.
