Internal structure and characteristics of STECO high battery:
1. Copper pole
A threaded embedded copper pole that can withstand high currents passing through; Installation is more convenient and reliable.
2. Pole seal
Adopting SAPHIR's patented long-life pressure ring pipe sealing technology, mechanical pressure is used to achieve sealing, completely solving the problem of pole leakage.
3. Shell cover sealing
The battery case and battery cover made of the same flame-retardant ABS material are connected through a slot, and then the case and cover are completely fused together using hot melt sealing technology. The interface can withstand the weight of the entire battery and completely prevent leakage.
4. Flame retardant ABS shell
The flame retardant grade is UL94-V0 grade reinforced ABS shell, combined with corrugated reinforcement rib design, with high strength and good heat dissipation.
5. Safety valve
STECO's patented safety valve is equipped with fire-resistant and flame-retardant components, and external open flames will not ignite the gas inside the battery; Sensitive opening and closing, good consistency.
6. Positive and negative plates
Adopting lead calcium tin multi-element alloy with strict control of calcium content at 0.08%, effectively reducing self discharge while not lowering the hydrogen evolution potential, ensuring optimal gas recombination rate; The tin content is strictly controlled at 0.8%, which effectively slows down the corrosion of the positive electrode plate and has good deep cycling performance;
7. Fiberglass
Micro porous glass fibers made of borate have extremely low resistance and excellent resistance to sulfuric acid and high temperatures; The porosity is over 92%, and the electrolyte is fully absorbed, keeping the battery in a lean state.
