Xingxing Chamfering Machine

The Xingxing Chamfering Machine is mainly used for chamfering and edge finishing of rough gemstone materials. The equipment operates by rotating a grinding wheel disc inside a cylinder, causing the rough materials to tumble and grind themselves within the cylinder, thereby achieving efficient chamfering. This model offers wide applicability and is one of the commonly used machines in the gemstone processing industry.
The main components of the equipment include the cylinder, drive shaft, bearings, and the grinding wheel disc. The grinding wheel disc is mounted on a driven shaft and is rotated by the drive shaft. One end of the drive shaft is connected to an electric motor via a small-diameter belt pulley and belt to transmit power and drive the grinding wheel disc. A central support shaft is provided to secure the grinding wheel disc, ensuring its stable rotation. The interior of the cylinder is circular and lined with a PU rubber plate approximately 9–10 mm thick to reduce wall wear and lower operational noise.
