RFM type capacitors are composed of two precision parts: the "core" and the "shell". The inner part of the heart is made of coarsened polypropylene film and high-performance liquid (such as diphenylethane, without PCB) as composite media, while the electrode plate is made of high-purity aluminum foil. Some models have self-healing technology, which can quickly restore insulation in case of local breakdown. In order to cope with the heat generated by high-frequency and high current, a cooling water pipe is welded on the side of the common electrode plate of the heart, which must be ventilated for heat dissipation. The outer shell is usually a rectangular box structure, made of aluminum alloy or steel plate bent and welded. The box cover is equipped with inlet and outlet pipes and ceramic sleeve supported terminal blocks, and the interior is filled with insulating liquid to enhance heat dissipation and insulation performance.
