Welding Consumable Form: Flux-cored welding wire
Polarity of Power Source: DC reverse polarity
Welding Position: All positions
Applications:
Suitable for welding corrosion-resistant stainless steels used in the fabrication of petrochemical equipment and pressure vessels, such as 00Cr18Ni9 and 00Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steels. It can also be used for surfacing the corrosion-resistant inner lining of pressure vessels, as well as welding 304L stainless steels in marine engineering and shipbuilding.
Features:
This is a titania-type slag system, CO₂ gas-shielded, ultra-low carbon stainless steel flux-cored welding wire. It exhibits excellent welding process performance, with low spatter, stable arc combustion, easy slag removal, and attractive weld bead appearance, enabling all-position welding. The deposited metal has an austenitic structure with an appropriate content of ferrite, resulting in low crack sensitivity. It boasts superior weldability, and the as-welded deposited metal demonstrates excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical properties. Being an ultra-low carbon type, the deposited metal offers outstanding intergranular corrosion resistance.
