Application:Suitable for welding similar types of stainless steels, as well as clad steels and dissimilar materials. Also used for buttering the transition layer on the inner wall of nuclear reactor pressure vessels and for welding internal components.

Characteristics:This is an ultra-low carbon stainless steel flux-cored wire with a titania-based slag system, designed for CO₂ gas shielded welding. It offers excellent welding process performance, minimal spatter, stable arc operation, easy slag removal, and aesthetically pleasing weld bead appearance. Capable of all-position welding. As an ultra-low carbon type, it resists intergranular corrosion caused by carbide precipitation even without the addition of stabilizing elements such as niobium or titanium.
