- Non-Grain Oriented Silicon Steel: Uniform magnetic properties, used for motor, generator, compressor cores
- Grain Oriented Silicon Steel: High permeability & low loss in rolling direction, mainly for transformer cores

6. Production Process:
- Cold rolling + high temperature annealing + decarburization + insulation coating + tension leveling
- Grain oriented steel undergoes secondary recrystallization to form Goss texture
7. Surface Conditions:
- Inorganic insulation coating (C2, C3, C4, C5)
- Semi-organic insulation coating
- Smooth surface, no oxidation, burrs or pinholes
8. Performance Features:
- Low core loss (W/kg), low heat generation at medium/high frequency
- High magnetic induction (B value), strong magnetic conductivity
- Excellent punching and shearing performance for high-speed stamping
- Good coating adhesion, high voltage resistance, weld resistance and aging resistance
- Stable magnetic properties with wide temperature adaptability

- Export: Container shipment, moisture-proof, pressure-proof and bending-proof

- Core loss and magnetic induction meet grade standards
- Small thickness tolerance and good flatness
- Uniform coating and qualified insulation resistance
- No warping, lamination, holes or serious burrs
- MTC, magnetic property test report available on request
