Detailed Introduction of "H62Y High-Pressure Welded Lift Check Valve" Tigh-pressure welded lift check valve is a new type of high-pressure valve designed and manufactured in accordance with relevant API and CVA standards. It is suitable for water, oil, and othpelines with temperatures not exceeding 120°C and working pressures not exceeding 40MPa, used to control the unidirectional opening and closing of the medium to prevnt backflow. The HG61A high-pressure check valve in this series features a high-hardness spherical valve core made of stainless steel, paired with a high-hardness stainless steelt, utilizing line contact sealing. Therefore, the sealing performance is reliable and durable. The valve body and main pressure-bearing components have undergone detailed strength verification, ensuring safe and relia use. Valves in this series normally remain closed; due to the pressure of the medium at the inlet end of the pipeline, the valve opens by overcoming the spring resistance. When the inlet med pressure is lower than the outlet, the spring pushes the valve core against the valve seat to close the valve, preventing backflow and acting as a check valve. Thigh-pressure check valve can be installed vertically or horizontally because the valve core is supported by a spring.
