1. What’s this machine function?
Answer: This dough divider is used to divide big dough into bread dough, bread dough each is about 300-800g, then go to the rounder machine to shape.
2. If the bread dough size is adjustable?
Answer: Yes, the bread dough size can be adjustable with the control for the cutter with pneumatic device.
3. If the divided dough size is very accurate?
Answer: No, this bread dough size can’t be very preciously accurate, it’s volume based divider cutter, if need accurate weight, can be manual operated before bread dough go into the moulder.
