Double-Deck ABS Trays — Why Two Layers Matter
Top Deck (Open)
Everyday tools live here. BT30, BT40, BT50 holders stand upright in red ABS trays. Open design means you can scan the entire tray at a glance — no doors, no digging, just look and grab.
The tray material is ABS injection-molded, not recycled plastic. Wavy grooves separate each holder so they don't clank against each other. One drop against another holder and you've got taper damage. Wavy grooves stop that from happening.
Bottom Deck (Enclosed)
Spare holders, special tooling, or backups go here. Enclosed tray keeps out chips, coolant spray, and dust. Precision holders that sit unused for weeks stay protected, not exposed to shop-floor grit.
Two layers mean two functions: quick access on top, long-term storage below. Your tool crib runs both, and this cart handles both.

Q: Can BT30, BT40, and BT50 holders share the same cart?
They can share the cabinet, but trays should match the holder type. BT30 trays won't accept BT40 holders due to taper diameter. Internal shelf can hold mixed types. We recommend dedicated carts per holder type for shops with mixed inventories.
Q: How does knock-down shipping affect assembly?
Ships flat-packed with bolts and assembly instructions. Reassembly takes 30–45 minutes with basic tools. All weldments are done at the factory — field assembly is bolt-together only.
Q: What's the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We don't enforce MOQ. One cart, ten carts, or a full container — we ship whatever you need. No bulk requirement.
Q: Can we get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Sample orders ship at standard rates and lead time. If you proceed with a bulk order, we apply the sample shipping cost as a credit.
Q: Do you provide technical drawings and dimensional specs?
Yes. CAD drawings and dimension sheets provided with quote. Helps you verify fit in your tool crib before ordering.
Q: How long is the production lead time?
7–15 working days for standard orders. Custom configurations may extend to 20 days. Rush orders available on request.

1 year on cabinet and frame. 6 months on ABS trays. Labor not included — replacement parts shipped free of charge.
