β-PPH is a high molecular weight, low melt index homopolymerized polypropylene. This material has a uniform and delicate Beta crystal structure, so it has the following characteristics:
1. Long-term high-temperature creep resistance and environmental stress cracking resistance
2. Excellent impact resistance
3. Excellent pressure resistance (MRS10)
4. UV resistance
5. Surface wear resistance and easy processing
6. Good chemical resistance, resistant to acids, alkalis, salts and various chemical substances
7. Good heat resistance (stable performance in long-term use at 70℃), with a heat distortion temperature of 100℃
8. High rigidity (significantly higher than polyethylene. When making products with higher rigidity, the wall thickness of products made of polypropylene can be at least about 10% lower than that of products made of HDPE).
9. Tensile yield strength reaches 30MPa
