Stainless steel gate valves have the following main advantages:

1. Low fluid resistance: When fully open, the medium channel is a straight through type, which does not disturb the flow or reduce the pressure, making it suitable for high flow on-off scenarios.

2. Effortless opening and closing: The gate moves vertically with a small operating torque, especially when combined with elastic gate or thrust bearing structures, making it easier to operate.

3. Unrestricted flow direction of the medium: It can flow in both directions and is suitable for pipeline systems where the flow direction may change.

4. Good sealing performance: The sealing surface is often welded with Stellite cobalt based hard alloy or made of materials such as PTFE, which are wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and scratch resistant, achieving reliable sealing.

5. Simple structure and short length: Good manufacturing process and relatively small installation space requirements.

6. Wide applicability: The nominal pressure can reach PN10-160MPa (or CL150-2500Lb), and the working temperature covers -29 ℃ to 600 ℃. It is suitable for corrosive media such as water, oil, steam, nitric acid, and acetic acid.

7. Strong corrosion resistance: Made of stainless steel such as 304, 316, 316L, etc., suitable for harsh environments such as chemical, food, and marine engineering.
