Dry legumes: Type 5 electric fryer, 4 pounds or so, 200 degrees, approximately 30 minutes. Type 10 electric fryer, 8 pounds or so, 200°C, approximately 35 minutes. Type 20 electric fryer, 15-18 pounds or so, 250°C, approximately 55-60 minutes.
The desktop stainless steel intelligent machine, models 5, 10, and 20, features stainless steel cooking cylinders and housings. The electric-heated stainless steel cooking cylinder is much faster than a steel cylinder, with high automation levels. It takes approximately 30 minutes for one cylinder to heat up. Model 20 is the largest of the fully stainless steel machines (including the cooking cylinder) and can handle 12-15 pounds of soybeans per cylinder, cooking for about 30 minutes. The voltage options for the snack-making machine are 220V and 110V, and the power cords come in options for national, American, European, and British standards.
Typically, the set temperature for most ingredients ranges from 220 to 250 degrees Celsius. The electric heating type automatically shuts off the heating when the time is up, but the cylinder must still be manually powered off. The machine rotates clockwise for cooking and counterclockwise for discharging. After continuously cooking two cylinders, a 10-minute rest period is required.
[Performance]The machine features digital display, temperature control, timer function, and a reminder when the time is up. The temperature and time can be set by the user. It can rotate to stir and reverse to discharge. The heating is automatically stopped when the time is up to conserve energy. However, the barrel needs to be manually shut down because it consumes very little power and can be ignored.
The machine’s structure is compact, with the feed and discharge openings being as large as the specified dimensions. When feeding, it is recommended to use a handheld bag to load the stir barrel. Start with small batches for testing. Set the temperature slightly lower. You can occasionally remove some to taste. While this may slightly affect the time, it’s not a big deal. Just extend the time a bit. Similar to cooking, make detailed notes initially.
