Chengxin Valve Co.,Ltd. is a great factory specializing in manufacturing and selling valves and castings. It is located in Weizhuang industrial zone, which covers an area of more than 7000 square meters and a staff of over 400 people including various types of engineering, technical staff and senior management of more than 60 pesons.The annual out put is over 20000 tons.
Both national and international standard products are produced.The national standard has 12 series, more than 3000 specifications. The products covers gate valve, globe valve, check valve, ball valve, butterfly valve, strainer, balancing vlave,etc.The international standard include DIN, Russian standard, BS, ANSI, JIS. Many prodcuts have been exported to many countries such as Ireland, Peru, Russia, Pakistan, Korea, Vietnam, Indonesia and so on.
A complete quality control system is set for each working procedure from raw material to finish products.Totally 28 tests are run through to ensure stable quality.Currently the modern physical and chemical laboratories has been built.The well-provided testing equipment has meet the exact quality standard requirement.
We passed the authentication of ISO9001:2008 quality management system and ISO14001:2004 environment management system, EAC and WRAS certificats.

A: Yes, Welcome sample order to test and check the quality of products. The sample amount is less than $100, the product cost is free, and the customer needs to pay the express delivery fee. If the sample amount is higher than $100, and the sample cost and express delivery fee need to be negotiated by both parties.
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: 30% T/T in advance ,70% balance before shipment or see copy of bill of lading.
Q: Can you OEM or ODM?
A:Yes, we have a strong research & development team. The products can be made according to your request.
Q: Can you provide the relevant documentation and certificate?
A:Yes, We can provide the international certificates and relevant chemical analysis, mechanical properties, pressure test reports according to the customers need.
Q: What is your terms of delivery?
A: We accept EXW/FOB/CIF etc.
8. How to deal with after sales ?
A: warranty time : 12 months from the shipment ; and we will be responsible for all the quality problems. We will provide process guidance services, replacement parts, on-site guidance and maintenance services. (both parties shall negotiate the relevant expenses)
