The FU-type buried scraper conveyor derives its superior performance from its operational mechanism. Material properties like internal friction and lateral pressure cause increased internal pressure within the chute and inter-particle friction during chain movement. When friction between material layers exceeds external friction with the chute wall, the material flows forward like water along the conveyor chain. A stable material flow is achieved when the material layer height-to-chute width ratio meets specific conditions. The design and manufacturing process of this conveying principle reliably ensure the excellent performance of this product series.
Product Features of FU-Type Scraper Conveyor: 1. The buried scraper conveyor utilizes internal friction forces to transport materials, resulting in lower operational resistance and energy consumption. Compared to screw conveyors, it achieves approximately 50% energy savings. 2. The conveyor chain features a sleeve roller plate chain structure made of high-strength alloy, processed through specialized techniques to ensure high strength, low friction coefficient, and extended service life. 3. It is capable of transporting various powdered, granular, and block materials at temperatures below 150°C over long distances with high throughput. 4. The entire conveying process operates in a sealed environment, ensuring safety and reliability, particularly suitable for handling volatile, toxic, or corrosive substances. 5. The flexible layout allows horizontal or inclined installation, with multi-point feeding and discharging capabilities for seamless integration with other equipment. 6.
